pok11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pok11.app. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing pok11, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pok11 ("pok11", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the pok11 online gaming platform accessible at pok11.app ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, wallet management and promotional offers.
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. pok11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disputes must be reported to pok11 support within 30 days of the relevant event. pok11's decision on disputes is final where not otherwise stated.
1. Eligibility
Access to and use of pok11 is restricted to eligible players. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of the following eligibility conditions are met in full:
- You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are using your own funds and not funds belonging to another individual or entity.
- You have not previously been excluded from pok11 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order currently in effect.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit. You are gambling for entertainment purposes only and not as a source of primary income.
2. Account Registration
To access any real-money features of the Platform, you must register a pok11 account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. pok11 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your mobile number and password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
- pok11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraud, abuse, bonus misuse, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Suspended accounts may have their balances frozen during the review period.
- You must notify pok11 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach relating to your credentials.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
pok11 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh-based mobile financial services. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) registered on your pok11 account. Third-party or anonymous wallet transfers are not permitted.
- Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request is processed. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus terms are withdrawable without wagering conditions.
- pok11 may impose a withdrawal review period of up to 48 hours for security verification purposes. During this period, the withdrawal remains in a pending state and cannot be reversed by the player.
- pok11 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard transaction fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider may apply and are outside pok11's control.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
pok11 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. pok11 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
- All bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited.
- Bonuses may only be used in accordance with the games or categories specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be used on excluded game categories such as certain live dealer games or low-margin betting markets.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotions, or collusion with other players to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
- pok11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, pok11 will honour the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pok11 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
- Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional offers in any way that was not intended by pok11.
- Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate betting outcomes on the Platform.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, layering or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through the Platform.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties in any way that gives any party an unfair advantage in games of chance or skill hosted on the Platform.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug or vulnerability in the Platform's systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the pok11 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks and service marks — is the exclusive property of pok11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transm it, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pok11. Unauthorised use of pok11's intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pok11 limits its liability as follows. These limitations apply whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, statute or any other legal theory:
- pok11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- pok11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds arising from betting outcomes.
- In the event of a system error, technical fault or software malfunction that causes an incorrect display of game results, odds or account balances, pok11 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their state prior to the error.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pok11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Responsible Gaming
pok11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. You must be 21 years of age or older to use pok11. 10. Governing Law and Contact
